We designed and implemented several video-based online training courses for the training provider PROAKTIV on the topics of sales and leadership training. Raphaèl Nybl was the moderator, and trainers and actors were used for the partially interactive game sequences. The more than 200 clips are an integral part of the web-based training sequences and therefore had to be closely aligned with the learning content. To ensure that the authenticity of an employee discussion, for example, was retained, these game scenes were largely improvised.
For a large company, we developed a complex media mix of explanatory films, workbooks, training materials and brief information to accompany managers and employees on the transformation process towards New Work. In close cooperation with the company’s experts, one of the main tasks of the project was to structure the existing information and media concepts and to prepare them in such a way that they are actively and gladly used.
For a dynamically growing medium-sized company in Europe, we created a digital online training course to support new employees during onboarding. The aim was to introduce both the company itself and the market in which it operates.
We implemented the project using Articulate Storyline so that the responsible HR department could quickly and easily incorporate changes.
We made three short 360° films for an internal training course at a big bank. They’re about communication and feature staged scenes. The goal was to create an immersive experience for the audience. They were to sit “up close” at the table, for instance, when an argument gets heated.
